Product Life-cycle:
Design: Rockpecker has a team of CAD Professionals for the design of PDC Bits. An experienced Team of Design Engineers and a deep understanding of elements ensures high-performance PDC Bit designs and manufacture. Our designs are backed by various methods to simulate drilling and make sure our bits have optimum performance.
Manufacture: Rockpecker PDC drill bits are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing facility. Blanks are hot forged & heat treated before machining. The blank machining is done on the world’s latest multi-axis CNC Machines to tolerances in microns.
Quality: Bits are scanned using 7-axis 3D probing and scanning arm to ensure the final product meets the design. Crucial parameters are verified using CMM and industry-leading practices.
